Job summary

CAVA Group is hiring Team Members to welcome guests, assemble orders, and help maintain a clean, safe, and vibrant restaurant environment. You’ll educate guests on our menu, prepare orders, and ensure memorable experiences with every visit.

Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced setting. Training is provided, with opportunities to cross-train and grow within the team.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Enthusiastically educate guests about our menu and assemble orders as requested.
• Keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Deliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each guest.
• Cross-train across the restaurant for growth.
