Job summary

Panera Bread in San Dimas, CA is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality, delivering warmth, care, and joy with every guest interaction. You’ll impact the bakery-cafe’s daily operations while helping create memorable experiences for local communities across the country.

You’ll join a fast-paced team, handling duties across Production, Prep, Service, Cashier and more, while modeling Panera warmth, providing great food, and supporting guests with a smile.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16+ allowed to work.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in a loud environment.
• Food Safety training/awareness (Food Handler's Card as required by law).
• Food service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute duties across specific bakery-cafe areas (Production, Prep, Service, Cashier, Expo, Drive-Thru, Barista, Guest Experience Champion, QC, etc).
• Greet every guest with warmth and enthusiasm.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups, and sandwiches with care and efficiency.
• Stay on the move, assist guests at entry, cashier, and dining areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting environment following food safety standards.
• Support team success by completing cleaning and stocking duties and helping set up next shift.
