Job summary

Buddy Bells, Inc., a Taco Bell franchisee, is seeking team members for both part-time and full-time roles. You will greet customers, take orders at lobby or drive-thru, and prepare menu items to Taco Bell standards.

You’ll help keep the restaurant clean, support shifts, and address customer concerns quickly and professionally, with escalation to a shift leader when needed. Flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly, positive attitude
• Take customer's orders and payments in both the lobby and at the drive-thru
• Prepare and assemble menu items according to Taco Bell standards
• Assist the restaurant with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including back of house kitchen area, dining room, restrooms, and drive-thru areas
• Support fellow team members and shift leaders by communicating clearly
• Assist in resolving customer concerns or food issues quickly and professionally, escalating to a shift leader when needed
