• Assist the restaurant with maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including back of house kitchen area, dining room, restrooms, and drive-thru areas.
• Support fellow team members and shift leaders by communicating clearly.
• Assist in resolving customer concerns or food issues quickly and professionally, escalating to a shift leader when needed.
