Job summary

McDonald's is looking for a Guest Experience Leader to join our team. You will greet guests, take orders, and help guests navigate ordering kiosks while providing friendly service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll support customers who need extra hands, check in after meals, and ensure kids receive treats. Training is provided, with flexible hours and opportunities for growth within the franchise network.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older to work as a Guest Experience Leader at McDonald's, per posting.
• On-the-job training is provided.
• Flexible hours and both part-time and full-time opportunities are available.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and communicate when taking orders.
• Assist guests with using ordering kiosks.
• Offer help to customers needing extra hands.
• Check in with guests after they receive food to ensure satisfaction and needs.
• Ensure kids receive a kid treat.
• Handle any concerns and feedback.
• Communicate with the restaurant team to share feedback and recommendations.
