Job summary

CAVA is seeking Team Members to deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will greet guests warmly, educate them about the menu, and customize meals to personal preferences. You’ll work across the restaurant to keep the dining area clean, follow recipes, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Educate guests about the menu and assemble orders as requested.
• Keep the serving line, dining room, and restrooms clean and organized.
• Follow recipes and procedures to maintain food quality and consistency.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock stations and keep them clean and organized.
• Deliver a delicious, unique, and memorable experience to each of our guests.
• May stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Cross train across the restaurant to ensure rapid growth.
• Assist with any additional duties assigned.
