Job summary

Bandana's Bar-B-Que is hiring a team member to deliver exceptional guest service in a fast-paced dining environment. You will help maintain a clean, welcoming space and execute service with accuracy, courtesy, and timely communication.

The role emphasizes adherence to mission, motto, and uniform standards while providing guests with a consistently positive experience in a family-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Must be guest sensitive and possess a sense of timing to serve different elements of dining experience at proper time.
• Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for periods of up to six hours in length.
• Ability to wipe down tabletops, table legs, pick up debris off the floor and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Delivers the mission statement and motto to each guest 100% of the time.
• Ability to use computer system to input order information.
• Must be able to serve drinks, food, and dessert at proper times.
• Must maintain cleanliness by wiping tabletops and booth seats.
• Follows proper uniform standards.
