Job summary

Panera Bread in Farmington Hills, MI is seeking a Restaurant Team Member to be the heart of hospitality. You will greet guests, prepare fresh salads, soups and sandwiches, and support production, prep, service and cashier areas across a fast-paced bakery-cafe.

Qualifications

• Must be 16+ years old.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Strong communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in production, prep, service, cashier, and other areas as needed.
• Assemble fresh salads, soups and sandwiches with care.
• Move around the dining areas to assist guests and maintain flow.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by following food safety standards.
• Stay informed about daily priorities and adapt to changes.
• Help with cleaning and stocking to set up the next shift.
