Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission license required or ability to obtain.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, direct and train GSC team members.
• Ensure GSC activities align with policies and IRGC rules.
• Forecast budgets, schedule staff, and manage department finances.
• Coordinate with other departments for guest satisfaction and efficiency.
• Maintain proper staffing and minimize overtime where possible.
• Ensure proper uniform, appearance, and grooming standards.
