Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, stock shelves, and maintain a clean, safe store environment in La Marque, TX.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain cash security and protect assets.
• Keep the store stocked and recover merchandise.
• Receive inventory and help unload trucks.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
