Job summary

Dollar Tree Stores INC is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a great shopping experience for every customer in our Texas store.

You will assist customers, handle transactions at the cash register, keep the store stocked, and maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment while upholding professional interactions with customers and team members. This is a part-time, on-site position.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail is highly preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must be able to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with questions and recommendations.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register.
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets.
• Keep the store well-stocked and recover merchandise.
• Assist with unloading trucks and stock replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
