Job summary

Paradies Lagardère is seeking a guest-focused team member to deliver First Class service at our Austin dining locations. You will greet guests, take orders, and upsell menu items while ensuring accurate payments and adherence to safety and grooming standards.

The role requires strong English communication, reliability, and the ability to thrive in a high-energy hospitality setting. Prior cash handling and ServSafe familiarity are advantageous.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Exceed First Class Service standards for guests, partners, and peers.
• Maintain grooming and uniform standards including slip resistant shoes.
• Greet guests promptly, take orders, and suggest menu pairings.
• Process payments via POS and handle cash according to SOPs.
• Be knowledgeable about the restaurant's menu and products.
• Assist with training new team members and support other areas as needed.
• Participate in food safety programs and maintain logs.
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Rotate stock and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
