Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks a Cashier – Pit Stop to deliver prompt, courteous food and beverage service while accurately processing transactions. You will greet guests, take orders, handle payments, and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced, casino setting.

The role requires a high school diploma, 6 months to 1 year cashier or customer service experience, and experience with POS systems. A Food Handler Certification is required or obtained on hire.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide courteous service.
• Accurately take and call out food and beverage orders using POS system.
• Operate cash register, process payments, discounts, comps, and charges.
• Present and deliver guest checks and handle change accurately.
• Prepare and serve meals and beverages from kitchen equipment.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery of guest orders and coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, and presentation standards.
• Restock inventory and supplies to maintain readiness.
• Maintain cleanliness of cashier station and work areas.
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation standards and ABC regulations.
