Job summary

Torchy’s Tacos in Colorado Springs is seeking on-site, part-time Hospitality Team Members. You’ll greet guests, take orders, run food, and help create a warm, memorable dining experience while learning the menu and current promotions for personalized recommendations.

Minimum qualifications include flexible availability and required Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications by day one. Pay is $15.16 per hour plus pooled tips, with benefits after milestones.

Qualifications

• Availability to work a flexible schedule.
• Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications
• Certifications must be obtained by your first day or within the timeline required by your location
• 2 years of work experience providing customer service in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail industry.
• 2 years of experience using POS (point-of-sale) systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate.
• Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued from the moment they step into Torchy's.
• Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations.
• Run food to tables, ensuring orders are correct and delivered quickly; offer refills and anticipate guest needs.
• Ensure all guest-facing areas are neat, clean, and inviting.
• Work collaboratively with managers, the kitchen, and the Hospitality Team to ensure smooth service.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
