Torchy’s Tacos is hiring for the Hospitality Team in the United States. You will greet guests, take orders, and help ensure a fast, friendly dining experience. Starting pay ranges from $11.00–$16.00/hr with pooled tips that can add $3+/hr, giving an effective rate of about $14–$19/hr.

Full-time teammates receive medical/dental/vision after 1 year, plus 401(k) after 6 months and PTO after 1 year. Join a team that values hospitality, teamwork, and a memorable guest experience across our nationwide

Competenze

• Flexible schedule availability.
• Must meet state and local Food Handler and Alcohol Server requirements by your first day.
• Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within location timelines.
• 2 years of customer service in restaurant/hospitality/retail.
• 2 years of experience using POS systems.

Mansioni

• Point of Sale: greet guests, ask questions to understand needs, suggest, and ensure fast, accurate transactions.
• Guest Experience: deliver outstanding hospitality, making guests feel welcomed and valued.
• Menu Mastery: learn the menu and current promotions to tailor recommendations.
• Dining Room: run food to tables, ensure accuracy, and offer refills.
• Cleanliness: keep guest-facing areas neat, clean and inviting.
• Teamwork: collaborate with managers, kitchen and the Hospitality Team.
• Additional Support: perform other duties as assigned.
