Job summary

Willy's Mexicana Grill is hiring team members in a fast-paced guest-focused environment in Alpharetta, GA. Successful applicants will greet guests, prepare food, follow safety policies, maintain cleanliness, and manage service-line restocks and dishwashing with a positive attitude.

The role offers cashier duties, food prep, and opportunities for growth and promotion based on performance. Flexible AM/PM shifts and paid training are included in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Reading and writing skills are required.
• Operate a cash register and make change.
• Walks and stands during the entire shift.
• Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds 20 times per shift.
• Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and provide great guest service.
• Cook and prepares food according to prep list as per Willy's specs.
• Follow Willy's food safety policies and procedures.
• Set up prep area and sinks for dish washing.
• Restock items on the service line as needed.
• Wash dishes.
• Maintain a clean work environment.
• Grooming - maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance.
