Responsibilities

• Pleasant and upbeat attitude, greeting every Guest with a smile and providing great Guest Service.
• Cooks and prepares food accurately as listed on prep list as per Willy's specs and procedures.
• Follows Willy's food safety policies and procedures.
• Sets up prep area and compartment sinks for dish washing.
• Re-stocks items on the service line as needed.
• Washes dishes.
• Maintains a clean work environment.
• Grooming - all employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Willy's Mexicana Grill's standards.
