Job summary

Chicken Salad Chick is seeking a hospitality professional to greet guests, take orders, and process payments with a friendly, efficient approach. You will stock, clean, and maintain the dining area and restrooms to brand standards, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.

Responsibilities include operating the POS system, managing payments, and keeping the drink station/expo area stocked while upholding food safety and portion control guidelines.

Qualifications

• Adhere to brand standards for uniform appearance and personal grooming.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area per brand standards.
• Restock drink station and expo area.
• Greet/interact with guests in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Maintain proper product temperature and portion control per brand standards.
• Operate POS system for taking all types of guest orders.
• Charge guests and collect payment via cash, credit, or debit.
• Complete daily tasks timely and thoroughly in accordance with standards.
