Responsibilities include processing orders accurately, delivering meals promptly, resolving guest questions, and upholding health and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience in hospitality or retail preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and clear interaction with guests and teammates.
• Ability to handle orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work different shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Capable of standing long periods and moving quickly during busy periods.
• Knowledge of health and safety standards and food handler requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, provide menus, answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take orders, process payments using POS, ensure correct change and receipts.
• Deliver food and beverages timely, verify orders, and assist customers as needed.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and sanitation throughout the shift.
• Address and diplomatically resolve customer concerns to uphold the establishment's reputation.
