Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver a top-notch guest experience while supporting store operations. You’ll greet guests, operate the point of sale, stock shelves, and ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming store environment.

You will coordinate with management on guest requests and vendor concerns, and assist with onboarding new hires. Flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays are required.

Formación

• Flexible hours including day, night, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (indoors/outdoors).
• Ability to climb ladders and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to access all store areas (floor, stock, register).
• Ability to count, read and write accurately for required paperwork.
• Support GSA onboarding and training.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality, and store policies and procedures.
• Operate the point of sale and maintain cash, lottery, and tobacco levels.
• Complete store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and maintain in-stock conditions.
• Communicate guest requests and vendor concerns to management.
• Check in external and internal vendors.
• Conduct gas tank inventory and merchandising projects.
• Complete other tasks as assigned by management.
