Job summary

Global Partners LP is seeking a Guest Service Associate to deliver top-notch guest experiences while supporting store-level tasks. You will greet guests, operate the POS, maintain standards, replenish inventory, and assist with housekeeping to ensure a clean, welcoming environment.

The role supports our commitment to customers and communities, with a schedule that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Flexible hours and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Must be available to work flexible hours including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to perform basic computer functions.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (outdoors, coolers, etc.).
• Ability to climb ladders & stairs, reach, bend, twist, stoop, kneel, crouch and lift/carry up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide an enjoyable shopping experience.
• Adhere to safety, security, quality and store policy procedures.
• Operate the POS per corporate standards; maintain cash, lottery, tobacco levels.
• Complete all store housekeeping tasks (cleaning, dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash).
• Replenish products and supplies to maintain in-stock conditions.
