• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate is required.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers politely at entry, drive-through, or over the phone.
• Accurately records customer orders at counter, phone, and drive-through.
• Processes orders through the Pulse system to ensure preparation.
• Monitors ready orders and ensures prompt delivery to customers.
• Upsells in-store promotions when applicable.
• Collects money and provides correct change; processes card payments.
• Keeps cash drawer balanced at end of shift; uses drop box as needed.
• Listens to and resolves customer complaints and inquiries.
• Keeps front counter stocked, neat, and clean.
• Cleans dining area and restrooms; restocks supplies as needed.
• Assists with cooking or backup in kitchen when necessary.
