Qualifications

• Experience handling money and transactions.
• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Able to follow a schedule and wear proper uniform.
• Able to communicate effectively with a variety of clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers politely when they enter.
• Records customer orders at counter, phone, and drive-through.
• Processes orders through the Pulse system.
• Monitors ready orders and ensures prompt delivery to customers.
• Helps expedite and complete orders with sides and extras.
• Upsells in-store promotions when applicable.
• Collects money and provides correct change.
• Processes credit/debit card transactions and balances cash drawer.
• Uses a drop box to maintain cash in till.
• Resolves customer complaints, suggestions, and inquiries.
• Keeps front counter stocked, neat, and clean.
• Cleans dining area, windows, and restrooms.
• Cooks food or assists in kitchen as backup.
