Qualifications

• Is able to understand and work with numbers.
• Texas Certified Food Handlers Certificate required.
• Can follow directions and achieve goals.
• Demonstrates strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Is able to follow a schedule, be on time, wear proper uniform and work swiftly with smart hustle
• Is able to communicate effectively to a variety of clientele.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers politely and assists with orders at counter, phone, or drive-through.
• Records orders accurately and processes payments.
• Operates the Pulse system to ensure orders are prepared.
• Monitors ready orders and delivers promptly to customers.
• Expedites orders with sides and extras and up-sells in-store promotions.
• Maintains a balanced cash drawer and cash handling accuracy.
• Processes credit/debit transactions and reconciles cash at end of shift.
• Keeps front area clean and stocked, including dining and restrooms.
• Assists in kitchen as needed and as backup.
