You will handle multiple tender types, assist customers with loading and unloading groceries, and adhere to store policies and safety standards. Prior experience in retail is preferred, with 0-3 years of supervisory exposure.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, fast, courteous checkout and assist customers at the lane.
• Scan items, bag groceries, and process payments following store policies.
• Maintain financial responsibility in the service lane.
• Assist in training new cashiers as needed.
• Operate POS system and handle cash, checks, and card tender types.
• Assist customers with unloading, loading and transporting groceries to their vehicles.
• Follow safety, food handling, USDA/COOL, and recall procedures; report hazards to management.
