WhiteWater Express in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Car Wash Attendant to deliver friendly, efficient service and keep our facility welcoming and clean. You will greet customers, explain options, and help with memberships while supporting daily operations.

You'll work outdoors in varying weather, lift up to 50 pounds, and participate in opening/closing procedures. We value teamwork, reliability, and a positive attitude that helps the team grow.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
• Outdoor environment across varying weather conditions and fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment where everyone can develop leadership skills.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused workplace that is hospitable, fun, and growth-oriented.
• Provide top-notch customer service by educating and assisting customers in selecting the best car wash options, selling membership plans and wash packages to suit their needs.
• Ensure a smooth experience by safely guiding customer vehicles into the wash tunnel, maintaining a friendly and professional approach.
• Take pride in keeping the entire facility spotless and maintaining the car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot.
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures.
• Perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
