Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older due to safety regulations.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and foster a team-oriented environment where leadership can be developed.
• Maintain a positive, customer-focused workplace that is hospitable, fun, and growth-oriented.
• Educate and assist customers in selecting the best car wash options and selling membership plans.
• Safely guide customer vehicles into the wash tunnel and maintain a friendly, professional approach.
• Keep the facility spotless and maintain all areas: car wash, tunnel, back room, and vacuum lot.
• Learn and execute opening and closing procedures; perform wash quality checks and basic equipment troubleshooting.
• Notify management of deposit pickups or cash deliveries.
