No experience is required; training is provided. Ideal candidates may have food safety and alcohol awareness certifications, willingness to obtain them within 60 days, and flexibility for days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Customer service is essential for guest interactions.
• Teamwork helps coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house.
• Certifications in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness are preferred or obtainable within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests, take and deliver orders, and provide friendly service.
• Schedule reservations, answer calls, and assist with events or special requests.
• Monitor tables, coordinate with the kitchen, and handle guest questions or concerns.
• Process payments, report tips, and close out sales at end of shift.
• Maintain clean, stocked service stations and reset tables.
