Qualifications

• Knowledge of table settings, service ware, and menu items.
• Understanding of food and beverage service standards and guest relations.
• Ability to listen and communicate clearly with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clear tables, stock service stations, and assist servers.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations across meal periods.
• Check and stock stations before, during, and after shifts.
• Reset tables promptly and properly.
• Comply with liquor regulations regarding minors and intoxicated guests.
• Replenish beverages and check guest satisfaction.
• Serve specialty tea or coffee as directed.
• Transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area.
• Fold napkins to maintain supply.
• Ensure sanitation and safety standards.
• Inspect service areas for attractiveness.
• Project a favorable image of the hotel group and property.
