Job summary

Hirebridge in Mesa, AZ is seeking a friendly Busser/Food Runner to support our Food & Beverage team by maintaining a clean, organized dining area and assisting servers and bartenders with prompt, courteous service to guests.

You will clear and reset tables, greet guests, restock service stations, and help with room service when needed, while upholding safety guidelines and the company’s appearance standards; flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant or hospitality is helpful but not required.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong guest-service mindset and communication skills.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25–40 lbs during shifts.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables to ensure quick turnover and great guest experience.
• Greet guests and deliver water; assist servers with refills; alcohol service only if TABC certified.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining room and service areas (floors, tables, chairs, walls, windows, workstations).
• Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware to dishwashing areas.
• Complete side work such as brewing coffee, polishing glassware, folding napkins, restocking stations.
• Assist with room service operations when needed.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure satisfaction with attentive service.
• Maintain polished appearance and adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.
