Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated is seeking a Busser in Cincinnati, Ohio to keep dining rooms sparkling and guest-ready. You will support servers, bartenders, and hosts, clear and reset tables, and help maintain a fast-paced, guest-focused dining room.

This role offers flexible schedule options (full-time or part-time) and earnings with tips. Must be 18+, able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long periods, and work well under pressure. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or food service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency.
• Team player with strong guest service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Clear tables quickly with attention to detail and remove dishes and glassware.
• Reset tables with clean silverware and plateware for the next guests.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to create a welcoming guest experience.
• Support servers, bartenders, and hosts with pre-bussing and guest requests.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and sanitation; stock duties and closing tasks.
