First Watch in the United States is looking for friendly Bussers who thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. No night shifts ever, and our YOU FIRST culture puts people first to deliver a bright breakfast, brunch, or lunch experience.

As a Busser you will clean and reset tables within 3 minutes, communicate with Hosts and Servers, and help with light housekeeping and other duties to keep the dining area inviting for every guest.

Qualifications

• Able to work quickly with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift/move trays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and reset tables in under 3 minutes.
• Update and communicate with Hosts & Servers when tables are available for seating.
• Perform light housekeeping: rolling silverware, restroom cleanliness, etc.
