Job summary

Table Mountain Casino Resort is seeking a capable Restaurant Busser to support a fast-paced dining operation. You will clear and reset tables, assist servers, and maintain a pristine dining area while delivering friendly guest service.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Candidate must pass pre-employment checks and contribute to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge or ability to learn restaurant operations.
• Knowledge or ability to learn kitchen equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Pre-busses, clears and resets tables ensuring areas are clean and presentable.
• Carries dirty dishes from the restaurant to the kitchen; wipes tabletops and chairs with sanitised cloth.
• Sets tables with silverware, glassware and napkins.
• Replenishes clean napkins, silverware, glassware and dishes.
• Refills water, coffee, iced tea and bread in a timely manner.
• Greets guests professionally and courteously.
• Performs side work or assists servers as needed.
• Attends departmental meetings to learn about products and promotions.
• Responds to customer inquiries with timely, knowledgeable information.
• Reports maintenance or housekeeping discrepancies to management promptly.
• Maintains professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
