Job summary

Pizza Ranch Ames is seeking a friendly Busser to keep the dining room clean and ready for guests. You will clear plates, wipe tables, and help prepare tables for the next guests while staying on the move.

Must be 16+, with a positive attitude and willingness to connect with guests. We offer full-time benefits including PTO, health and dental insurance, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• May be cross-trained to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
• Ability to be mobile and/or on your feet for extended periods of time during entire shift.
• Reaching, bending, stooping, lifting, wiping, sweeping, and mopping.
• Ability to lift and carry weight up to 40 pounds.
• Strong desire and ability to provide legendary guest service.
• Ability to positively interact with Team Members and Guests.

Responsibilities

• Bussers are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants and meeting the expectations of our customers.
• The main responsibility is to ensure the dining room is clean and unused utensils or plates are removed from guests' tables.
• Bussers continuously do laps around the dining room cleaning tables, chairs, napkin holders, and the floor.
• Be friendly and outgoing to create connections with guests that entice return visits.
• Assist in clearing debris off plates, bowls, and cups for the dish machine.
