Pizza Ranch is seeking a Busser for our Marshalltown location. Starting pay ranges from $12 to $16 per hour, plus cash tips and tip pooling, with benefits including health and dental insurance, employee discount, paid time off, and flexible scheduling.

• They assist in clearing debris from plates and cups so items can be sent to the dish machine and kept ready for service.

Responsibilities:

Bussers are vital to the successful operation of our restaurants and meeting the expectations of our customers. The main responsibility of a Pizza Ranch busser is to ensure the dining room is clean and unneeded utensils or plates are removed from guests' tables so they can enjoy our delicious food without any extra clutter. Bussers continuously do laps around the dining room cleaning tables, chairs, napkin holders, and the floor while taking the time to connect with our guests. It is important for the busser to be friendly and outgoing, so they can create connections with guests that entice them to return to our store time and time again. Bussers also assist in the clearing of debris off of plates, bowls, and cups so that they are ready to be ran through the dish machine.
