Responsibilities

• Opens door and greets guests on entry and exit.
• Assists guests with luggage during check-in and check-out and delivers to rooms.
• Tags and stores guest luggage; retrieves luggage on request.
• Explains hotel facilities and local attractions to guests.
• Assists with transportation arrangements and car services.
• Parks and retrieves cars from valet; communicates valet details.
• Delivers packages and mail; attends to guest requests.
• Responds to guest complaints and informs supervisor of issues.
• Promotes teamwork and quality service with other departments.
• May inspect entrances for litter and perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintains courteous and professional demeanor at all times.
