Colonial Williamsburg Foundation is seeking personnel for the Williamsburg Lodge Hotel position. Upon hiring, you will enter a Probationary status, working up to 40 hours per week. After probation, you may become benefit eligible.

This is a non-exempt position eligible for overtime under FLSA. The role involves greeting guests, assisting with luggage, guiding to services and attractions, and providing transportation to on-property locations, with duties outlined and expectations for hospitality

Formación

• Must be 21 years of age per Colonial Williamsburg insurance requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and an original Motor Vehicle Record transcript (MVR) issued within past 30 days, from the same state as the license, covering past five years.
• New residents must obtain a Virginia driver’s license within 30 days.
• Must demonstrate the highest standards of hospitality, courtesy and professionalism with guests, employees, managers and supervisors.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the Williamsburg Lodge Hotel.
• Escort guests to their hotel rooms and assist with their luggage, using a baggage cart when necessary.
• Inform guests about hotel services, television and room temperature controls.
• Provide transportation for hotel guests to Colonial Williamsburg restaurants, attractions, and other on-property locations, then return them to the hotel.
• Provide ice service upon request.
• Assist doorkeepers as needed.
