This on-site role requires a strong guest-service mindset and physical stamina for a busy lobby and corridor environment. As part of a 24-hour operation, you’ll coordinate with other team members to meet guest needs, provide directions, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

• Passionate about guest service, enjoys physical work.
• Previous customer or guest service experience, a team player, hard worker, and detail oriented.
• Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
