Responsibilities

• Greet arriving guests with a warm, professional greeting and offer luggage assistance.
• Escort guests to rooms and explain amenities, elevator access, and property information.
• Maintain lobby and bell stand areas clean, organized, and presentable.
• Assist with luggage handling, arrivals/departures, and guest transportation as needed.
• Provide information about hotel services and local attractions to guests.
