Job summary

Ulta Beauty in Oregon seeks a Beauty Advisor to deliver exceptional guest experiences, perform cashier duties, keep fixtures stocked, and maintain store cleanliness while supporting sales goals.

You will demonstrate product knowledge, perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and participate in in-store events to drive guest satisfaction and loyalty. A friendly, team-oriented approach and a flexible schedule including weekends are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates passion for guest service and selling.
• Proficient with basic technology including POS systems and devices.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Ability to troubleshoot customer issues.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage each guest entering the store and tailor service to their needs.
• Handle cashier tasks, refunds and exchanges, and assist with online orders.
• Perform makeup applications, skincare analysis, and product demonstrations to drive sales.
• Book appointments for services and support in-store events delivering guest experiences.
• Stay informed about products and promotions and communicate ingredients and benefits to guests.
• Maintain store cleanliness, restocking, merchandising, and test-sample availability.
• Adhere to dress code and store policies; support loss prevention and safety procedures.
