Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Biloxi is seeking a bartender to provide guests with a memorable experience while delivering high-quality service at the bar. You will be the first contact point, offering information and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The role includes preparing drinks to spec, serving food, processing payments, and maintaining a clean, compliant bar area. Availability to work evenings and weekends is expected.

Responsibilities

• Make drinks to specification and demonstrate knowledge of recipes.
• Maintain responsible alcohol service and verify guest IDs as needed.
• Serve food and handle payments including cash and POS transactions.
• Ensure cash drawer balances and proper end-of-shift procedures.
• Keep bar area clean, organized and well stocked with liquor, beer and glassware.
• Label, date and refrigerate prep items and maintain sanitation standards.
