Job summary

Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood in Hollywood, FL is seeking a Model Bartender to deliver high-energy beverage service in a premium lounge environment. You will greet guests, accelerate orders, and maintain an impeccable appearance aligned with our brand.

This role requires a High School diploma, bartending experience, and ability to wear designated uniforms or costumes. Prior modeling or promotions experience is a plus; flexibility across day, swing, and grave shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and one year experience as a bar apprentice and/or bartender.
• Knowledge of all beverage functions including mixing drinks, bar equipment operation, and general restaurant functions.
• Prior experience in a nightclub or entertainment venue is preferred.
• Modeling/promotions experience within five years is required or preferred as stated.
• Experience in upscale gaming lounge or similar environment is preferred.
• Must wear assigned uniform or costume as required.
• Willingness to wear designed clothing/uniforms with modeling-related flair and proper grooming.
• Must be available to work all shifts (Day, Swing, Grave) in a 24-hour outlet.

Responsibilities

• Exhibits high guest service levels while greeting guests and expediting drink orders.
• Expedites drinks quickly, serves beverages, and maintains a clean, organized bar area.
• Adheres to all responsible alcohol service requirements as dictated by state regulations.
• Models designer apparel and may participate in professional photo shoots as required.
• Interacts with guests and colleagues to create a memorable guest experience.
