Responsibilities

• Open the bar register and complete all bar setup procedures according to SOPs.
• Maintain control of the bar area throughout shifts, including closing.
• Attend responsible vendor training and ensure beverage-law compliance.
• Know product recipes and service procedures, manage stock and requisitions.
• Create and update cocktail lists to enhance guest experience.
• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes and guest preferences.
• Maintain bar equipment and cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, and equipment.
• Stock all beverages, mixes, garnishes, and bar snacks for service.
• Uphold health and safety standards and policies at all times.
• Collaborate with servers and staff to deliver excellent products and services.
• Adhere to hotel policies and maintain standards of excellence in attitude and service.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
