Job summary

O'Charley's is looking for a Bartender in Stockbridge, Georgia, to provide exceptional service and knowledge of food and beverages. Responsibilities include ensuring guests have a great experience, making quality drinks, and maintaining bar cleanliness.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge in guest relations, liquor, service sequences, and effective money handling. Must be able to serve alcohol according to state law and be physically capable of handling restaurant demands.

Qualifications

• Able to serve alcohol according to state law.
• Able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language of the work location.
• Able to perform simple mathematical calculations in regard to money handling.
• Able to stand and exert well‑paced mobility for periods up to five hours in length.
• Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend, kneel and lift bus pans, trays, etc. frequently weighing up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Make each guest feel appreciated through accommodating actions.
• Practice the “Hospitality Halo” with everyone within a six‑foot radius.
• Work as a team with all O’Charley’s team members.
• Greet guests and ensure prompt and efficient food and beverage delivery.
• Maintain general appearance of the bar through cleaning and stocking.
