Qualifications

• Provide accurate food and beverage service with a friendly, guest-focused approach.
• Knowledge of menu items, ingredients, dietary options, and wine pairings.
• Maintain cleanliness, follow safety guidelines, and operate POS accurately.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and drinks promptly in a courteous, professional manner.
• Answer questions about items and dietary options for guests.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in and addressing needs.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure correct order delivery.
• Handle payments, issue receipts, and process cards.
