Job summary

Valor Hospitality Partners seeks a beverage associate to set up, mix drinks, and deliver service at the coffee bar while upholding company standards and driving profit. You will ensure quality service, handle guest interactions, and support accurate cash handling in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent, or experience in service.
• Three to Six months in a food and beverage environment; hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to mix drinks correctly and provide exceptional service.
• Able to multitask and operate bar equipment; balance and carry trays.

Responsibilities

• Make and serve drinks to guests following guidelines and safety controls.
• Provide cordial, efficient, and professional guest contact and strive for guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks; handle cash and process charges per policy.
• Complete requisitions and supply lists; maintain established pars.
• Perform side work duties and keep the bar area clean and organized.
• Adapt to other duties as assigned.
