• Takes orders and manages cash drawer following cash-handling and safety standards.
• Keeps the coffeehouse clean, organized and well-stocked per operating standards.
• Anticipates needs for guests or teammates and acts proactively.
• Makes product recommendations grounded in knowledge, not scripts.
• Shows up on time with reliable attendance.
