Qualifications

• Previous hospitality/food service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide prompt, courteous, and professional service.
• Prepare coffee, specialty beverages, and other menu items in accordance with established standards.
• Take guest orders and accurately process cash, credit card, and room charge transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of service areas, displays, and equipment.
• Restock food, beverage, retail, and supply items to ensure product availability throughout the shift.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and cash handling procedures.
• Respond to guest questions and provide information regarding menu items and hotel offerings.
• Assist with opening, closing, inventory, and other operational duties as assigned.
• Promote Hyatt's Culture of Care through exceptional guest service and teamwork.
