Qualifications

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Two to three years of front-of-house operations and/or assistant management experience.
• Proficient communication skills in English (verbal and written).
• Possesses excellent basic math and writing skills and ability to operate a computer or POS system.
• Food Handler Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively handles staff and guest requests quickly, fairly, and with care.
• Ensures food and products are prepared and served to Hurricane Grill and Wings standards.
• Assist with restocking and replenishment of bar inventory.
• Report equipment problems to general manager.
• Schedule labor based on activity to ensure proper staffing.
• Enforce company policies with prompt, fair corrective actions.
• Comply with health, safety, and labor regulations.
• Provide guidance to the General Manager as needed.
