• Ability to retrieve and push in shopping carts.
• Ability to bend and lift to load guest orders into cars.
• Effective communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and offer assistance, thanking them and guiding choices.
• Bag guest orders securely and prepare them for pickup or transport.
• Collaborate effectively with hosts and supervisors.
• Assist guests by placing purchases in carts or handing bags and offering help to vehicles.
• Perform price checks as needed.
• Relay guest issues to a supervisor for resolution.
• Retrieve carts from the parking lot.
• Clean front end, break room, rest rooms, lobby, and parking area.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of carts and baskets.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
